i think to open poultry farm in surat is not a good options because the atmosphere in surat is very hot and polluted i think  its better not to open poultry farm in surat. my sugetion for u is nashik will be the better one for poultry farm bcause atmosphere is also good and transportation is of 5 to 6 hour only.
