Are Rocks smarter than these?

Is America in decline not so much because of the "working class " but because the "Rulers" and "Managers" are dumber than rocks? (Of course, that doesn't stop them from being crooked or from giving themselves hefty bonuses).

You really need to understand the difference between the lack of intelligence and the lack of morals and ethics.. and what the term "class envy" means...

It sounds like you have a poor relationship with you bosses.  Could it be that your performance is sub par?  An attitude adjustment is in order.  Finding another job would only put you with different people but you would still have that same misguided attitude.
