Are Rugby cleats specialized or are football or soccer cleats used?

There are specialized rugby boots, but soccer cleats are frequently used instead (I used to use World Cups, and I played flanker). Back's boots are similar to soccer; forward's boots usually have a hard toe. Adidas, Nike, Puma, and Canterbury are some of the manufacturers. Ideally, you want s***w-in cleats - molded don't work well in the mud. You can use football cleats, but you have to remove (cut off) the toe cleat.
