Are Salamon Vitane bindings good?

my friend said whe she had then they were really bad. should i consider different ones? so are they good or not?

Not sure, but sure as h**l don't get Flows.  They shave off oh...three seconds? over conventional strap ins.  And they're not very convenient if there's a buildup of ice on your baseplate, and the latch in the back is more annoying than straps.  From the looks of it, and its price, I would say it is a beginner type of binding, so you might want to let us know what you like to ride, and what you can ride.  I would say go with some Burton's or Ride's.

Yes those ones are pretty bad, you should get flow bindings those bindings are the greatest thing that have ever happened to me because they hols so good and they are alot faster to get your foot into the binding they are alittle expensive but really amsome i really recommend those bindings here is this website which i buy all of my snowboarding stuff from and i hve always had a good deal with them.And no way get burton cause if you get burton you have to buy a burton board too plus burton isnt even that good it is just so comercialized cause of shaun white if you ask any good snowboarder flow and gnu are the way to go that is why i am sponsered.
