Are Singaporeans racists to foreign migrants?

Many foreign migrants complaint Singaporeans mistreated them and criticized their original countries.

Don't they have Jobs,living,no foods to eat,etc, China  biggest than Singapore, they have 1.3 billion Populations,  why they come to our smallest country? Also Chinese nation (China) represent Singapore for Olympics games in Beijing.

It depends...Singaporeans aren't so nice to certain foreign Asian immigrants but are extremely friendly to Europeans. Some Singaporeans are status conscious and tend to prefer people holding white-collared profession. I don't think it's so much of an issue of racism.
