    It's certainly possible. A new course to be built at Tres Cantos, 15 miles north of Madrid, is being mooted as the location for the 2018 Ryder Cup, should Spain be successful in their bid to hold the event once again. Spain are competing with France, Sweden, Germany, Portugal and the Netherlands to hold the contest.
