So I'll be bussing from calgary to toronto at the end of the summer. I can see from their FAQ that greyhound doesn't allowed stopovers if you have a ticket purchased in advanced. (i.e. not full price) I'm wondering if this is enforced by greyhound or not. from what I recall for multi-city trips you get a different ticket for each leg of the trip between major cities. if I wanna stop in winnipeg, what is to stop me from getting off there. and when i wanna continue the next day just getting back on the bus, i will still have my winnipeg to toronto portion of my ticket. What is distinguishing my ticket from someone who has just bought a ticket in winnipeg to toronto, and what are the chances the bus driver will call me on it?
