Are T-Mobile withing their rights...?

To give new customers the same packages as existing customers for either, less money, or with more benefits, for example, i'm on flex 35, which is £30 per month for £180 worth of credit to use as i please, and new customers to the flex 35 pay £25, and get £200 worth of credit, and my mother is on combi 30, and gets 400 texts, my girlfriend just signed up for combi 30, and gets unlimited texts, is there no law or legislation against this as it seems massively unfair

  1. Yes, you signed a contract with them. However, in the US T-Mobile will sign you up on a new contract at the new, better rate.
