YES!! they are, they confirmed it in an article...AND joe was spotted alone at one of her concerts. which is why they duet together on some of their concerts. and then.......they would be such a cute couple! i love them both so much and they are so cute together!! :) i love them! i have all of the jb songs and all taylor swift songs. :))
