Are The Detroit Lions For Real?

From what I've seen, they've been pretty impressive. But it's only preseason, anything could happen.

They are a solid team, but they lack a winning mentality.  They were 6-2 last year, but they lost 5 (or 6?) straight games to some tough opponents, and they basically gave up on the season.

If they can start strong again this year (which they should with their easy schedule start), they can potentially finish 9-7.

The Lions usually do good in the preseason only to flop in the regular season. Will this season be any different ? I don't think so.

Sorry, preseason means jack-squat.

The Lions could be better than last year, but winning preseason games isn't an accurate way to predict this.

yea they have been pretty impressive. but liek u said its only pre-season which mite be a good thing if they are not only using there starters it meens they are doing this good with 2nd and 3rd stringers and some starters.but they have been improving.

they have been impressive, and even if it is only preseason, the recieving core is coming to life, the line is finally giving kitna time, and kevin smith is looking like the next adrian peterson.

The lions have the potential to finish the season 8-8.  They are not a playoff level team yet but their going in the right direction.
