Nothing is being done that help in anyway orher than feel good stuff. If you feel good about whatever you are doing it helps you not be so worried but the problem still exists and should be fixed. There are several industrial scale processes that could be done much better but are being being done now. The real problem is large in scale so all a single person can do is learn what is real and what is BS.

We need to stop buying so much stuff, as well as controlling human population. But the latter is not politically correct - especially coming from developed countries.

I hear Superman is planning on doing that reverse flying thingy so that we can go back in time before global warming... you know... when Democrats were in the White House.

Yeah...the sun's exhibiting record low activity thus far.  Expect below average temperatures for the next decade or two.  Grab your jackets boys and girls...the winters are about to get a lot colder (summers too, but who'll complain about nice summers?).
