Not really.

Lea and Liv. (Liv being short for Olivia). that's the only way i'd see them as being similar. i think Lea and Olivia are cute sounding together.

No, depending on their age gaps and what not, eventually they will learn to adapt. My name is April and I hear Rachael quite a bit, they sound so similar. I have learned to listen closely to the first part of the name it took no time at all. I want use the names Abrielle and Isabelle if I have two little girls.

LOL- take it from me - it doesnt matter what you name them - you will ALWAYS confuse the two at one point or another when you're yelling for them - guaranteed! Lovely names, btw.

As one persons name it sounds too close. Seperate like this is fine. I have a G-daughter LeAnna (Lea) and her sister is Olivia (Liv).

No not at all. I love both those names. They are soooo cute. I don't think they are too close, the only similiarity is the ia sound at the end.
