Apparently no one knows what Tigrs are. For everyone else reading this, a TIGR is a rifle, and is a civilian derivative of the Russian Dragunov / SVD sniper weapon platform.

No, Tigrs are not legal in Canada. Since the Tigr is a derivative of the Dragunov, and the Dragunov is called out by name in Canadian firearm laws as being a prohibited firearm as well as any variant or modification of the design, the Tigr is prohibited as well.
