You are a resident of CA or MA. You marry your same-s*x partner. Your partner gets an overseas job in an EU country and has a work permit and right of residence for himself. Can you come over as his spouse with equivalent rights of abode to 1) EU countries that have g*y marriage or equivalent (i.e. Spain, Belgium, UK) 2) EU countries that don't have g*y marriage (and don't like it) such as Poland? 3) Switzerland or Norway (i.e. non EU European countries)
