Brett Favre has been added to the Green Bay Packers' active roster following his reinstatement by the NFL. To make room for Favre, cornerback Condrew Allen was placed on injured reserve.

As a Vikings fan, I don't want Farve. I am sick of the media coverage and just how selfish he is. I want him to play for the Packers so the Minnesota defensive line of Jared Allen, Pat Williams, and Kevin Williams can send him back into retirement for good. VIKINGS ALL DAY!!

I hope Rodgers ask to be released so he can get some of his dignity back it was stolen by Brett's lies. Let Brett remained with Green Bay before he kills someone for a position he no longer wanted. Brett sounds so desperate to want to compete with a rookie quarterback when he said at the start of this mess he would not do. A lot of fans are hoping their teams really do Brett a job. But when you do the things brett has done 4 straight times you won't have good luck behind it and Brett's time is near.. He has embarrassed Rodgers and is going to do more of it tomorrow in this supposed be competition against a rookie. God where is the fairness in this whole mess and he has embarrassed his self he looks like a flip flopping fool..

i think rodgers should go for it. McCarthy said the first time that aaron rodgers was gonna be head QB. and then he turns around and says that farve is gonna be coming back!!!

who knows how long he will be there...maybe they did not trade him because there were no offers.....If Brett would really care about the team he would not have put them through this.The legend of Lambeau field as a whole has died..it is now the Brett Favre circus..

They can have him. Minnesotans are use to disappointment. But I hope that something will happen this year with the Vikings.
