Are Virgin Trains Discontinuing Value Advance Fairs?

Question

I'm trying to book 1st class tickets with Virgin Trains from Crewe to London. I've noticed if I book the tickets for Monday 12th November I can have a "Value Advance" fair, however if I try to book it for the following week (Monday 19th November), there's only the "Fully Flexible" ticket available-which is about 5 times the price!

Are Virgin discontinuing the tickets or is there a limit to how far in advance you can book them? I know there's the normal 12 week in advance policy, but it doesn't seem to apply here?

You can only book so far in advance and also there are only so many tickets there, is there an event going on?
