Hi I'm a vegetarian and I've noticed that Walls ice creams never have the V sign on them. So are they vegetarian or not?

Please can you Give proof/evidence with your answer, because I'm a really "true" vegetarian, and I do not really want to eat any meat.

  1. Well since you are a vegetarian and not a vegan, any ice cream is fine unless it has oreos, marshmallows, etc. (all made from gelatin.) So just look on the ingredients to make sure it doesn't say gelatin. If the ice cream is Rocky Road, or Cookies and Cream, then stay away. Good luck!

  2. Some ice-cream products contain gelatin processed from animal bones... read the label.

BTW, it is actually impossible to be a "true" vegetarian unless you just quit eating food.  Flour, rice, corn and corn flour, and most vegetables are impossible to harvest without also harvesting the bugs that live on them.  Your government have "acceptable levels of bug parts" for all these 'vegetarian' food products.  "Natural" foods are even buggier!

  3. I can't see ice cream having any sort of chicken or beef or what not in it... check the ingredients.

  4. vegan? good question.

walls produce a lots of ice cream.

Mostly, ice cream contains egg yolk liquid/ powder. Some of the recipe may have dairy products, such as milk, butter...

But  there are also some recipes not using dairy product.

So as a vegan you have to go through the ingredient of each types of food.

  5. No, it's got E471...which is from animal...and if u didn't kno thers a sighn I'm also a vegetarian..soooo i kinda kno som things about it!!! Good Luk with ur ice cream!!!
