Are Webkinz really meant to played with by boys?

Question

I don't know much about the whole craze and why people go crazy over them since there being ripped off for a stupid bear with a logo on it's foot but,I saw my female cousin getting some at the store and there were some boys looking at them and they were trying too get some.I mean do boys really play with them,the website is a little girly as well it's all fluff and pink.Also know offense to the boys that do play with them just wondering.

I'm a girl and I think guys would enjoy it a lot. It's fun and teahes u how to spend ur money and other skills u will need for life. It's awesome for anyone I think!
