  1. I think so, because the nature of the core causes a higher bounce, which might be useful on clay courts, seeing that balls don't bounce as high on clay.  You will need to, like any ball, practice keeping the ball under control as these will come off the strings with a little more speed.  But overall, i love the feel of the ball.

  2. i personally do not like the wilson balls. however us open are cheap and good if you are a person that only uses the ball for one match and throws em out. as well titanium are overpriced and have the same durability as any other ball.

dunlop grand prix are amazing, and they have clay court adjusted balls available.

  3. I couldn't remember the spec's of those so I had to look them up. They say they're all-court balls with a strong felt. Which means they'll do ok.

Typically you want to find a ball that is soft with the least amount of fuzz possible for clay courts. The balls will say 'clay court' or 'soft duty.' Heavier duty balls have more felt and usually end up gathering clay and effecting your game.

But I think as long as you avoid 'heavy duty' or 'extra duty' you'll be ok - those are designed for hard courts.
