Are WitchXWhitelighter Relationships still Taboo Post-Forever Charmed?

I was watching it the other day, and I thought I heard Piper say something about the witch-whitelighter-no-no rule being done away with and I wasn't sure if that's really what I heard or not. It's a crucial detail in a fanfic I'm planning, so I really need to know.

I would think not. After Piper & Leo getting together and making their relationship work I think witch/whitelighter relationships would be more open and acceptable.

they did away with that taboo when they let pipper and leo get married.   Cause Leo and Piper proved that their relationship could work.
