Are You Allowed To Use Your Laptop On An Airplane?

I have a Mac book which has Wi-Fi but if I turn that off will I be able to use it for watching movies and stuff. I've traveling to Cyprus from Ireland.

Yes, as soon as they make the announcement that electronic devices are safe to use in the cabin.  You might want to bring an extra battery as well.

Yes, you are allowed to use your laptop.  Only when you are a certain feet up in the air. Yes, you can watch all the movies you want to watch on the plane.

Yes. You just have to have it off during certain periods (take-off and landing). The flight attendants will let you know.
