I do. I can drink water from my sink.

I drink at least 16 glasses of water a day.

It clears my skin, helps my blood circulate, gives oxygen to my brain, so I can concentrate, and it clears me out, and prevents me from eating too much...........

How about you?

What does it do For you?

  1. I Drink About A Gallon Of Day...It Helps Me Clean Out My System!! No Kidney Infection!!! Refreshing!!!! No Sink Water...Its DIRTY!!

  2. I'm drinking a lot of water -- about two liters a day, sometimes more if I'm perspiring. I find I need to -- if I don't, my urine gets acidic (sorry if that's TMI!!), and my kidneys start to hurt.

I'm staying away from tea and other caffeine, because that can dry a person out -- unless, of course, I really need the boost.

  3. I drink like 500 bottles of water a day! lol....jk....but I do drink a lot!

  8. I drink a little water, but mostly I get my hydration from iced tea brewed from loose leaf tea and bottled spring water (up to a gallon a day), no sugar or chemical sweeteners (I sweeten with Stevia) and a generous squeeze of lemon.  So much better than those chemical laden diet drinks out there. :)

  9. yes, i drink a lot of water everyday. i pretty much always have water within reach or i am very aware of where the nearest waterfountain or sink/refrig is. water is really the only thing that quenches my thirst - everything else is just additives.

  10. Good for you.

Yes I drink water all of the time. It is all I mostly drink. I still have at least a glass of milk and 2 cups of green tea and the rest is normally water. I have at least 10 glasses a day.

I know that for proper hydration we need 1 ounce for every 2 pounds of body weight and 8 more ounces for every 20 minutes for exercise. Plus with hot/dry days and climates that even more is needed. I know that proper hydration increases my energy and motabolism by 3%. Plus since the brain is about 80% water as opposed to the rest of the body being just uner 70% that enough water also makes me more alert.

I cannot drink straight from the tap though. Too gross. I am so accustomed to purified water that tap water now tastes like swimming pool water to me.

Between the water and my nutrition supplement I hardly need energy drinks. I will only use them if I get less than 6 hours of sleep and feel tired when I get up or I still take one before a work out, along with water, just to make sure I get through.
