Maybe give up a perk, for the sake of the country.

Or do you want to be waiting at the end of the line ensuring everyone else isn't getting a little more than you?

  1. Yes. I'll give up some "perks". Like the"perk" which makes  85% of my social security check taxable income because my military retired check is considered outside income. And I'll give up my Category Eight status "perk" with the VA which ensures that, even though I served 25 years in the Navy, I make too much money to get treated at the VA medical facilities. Just don't bother me with a plagiarized quotation which JFK lifted from the archway above the entrance to the administration building at Choate Academy and use it for some slogan in improving the country. Don't thank me for my service to the nation. You didn't do that before September 11, 2001. And don't try to push an agenda of "change". Change is easy. Making improvements is the difficult task.

  2. well I am Italian and I become US Citizen in 2005

I have alot fight with Americans because for them

I'm not good enough,so in order to avoid to deal

with this kind of people "the pure Americans"

I become a selfish person like them and right now

I just focus to make my money and have fun.,.

if people in America want change and help this country

they should begin to respect the others

and that is never going to happen..

    must of born Americans are

    zero tolerance,racism,fascism,bigotry with bad attitude

so why I should sacrifice my time or even my life

in order to try too save this country from those

    like them they destroy it?

I being discriminate just because I was born

in Italy and then I got the US naturalization

for them I'm not A TRUE American

    like they use to say..

Americans destroy America and that process

begin long time ago around 1960 and look like

    it works just fine...

  3. I give up enough "perks" being in the 40% tax bracket, and I would like to keep what I earned and not have to give to someoone else, including the government. I've done my share for America have you!

    USMC 68 Vietnam

  4. I think the proper answer lies in the fact that America today discourages personal change for the benefit of the country.  The media encourages selfishness, as it has done since World War II.  Buy this!  It will make you look better than your neighbors!  I feel that is why there is so little move toward equality in this country.  I dont feel a perk will help anything, because any perk they give us will be insignificant because they will have to be able to give it to a large population of people.  Would an extra $1000 off a hybrid car beat crusing down the road in a Lambourghini that makes 8 miles to the gallon?  An exaggerated example, perhaps, but one that reflects the selfish nature of American thought today.

  5. I am a veteran, I am also disabled.  I do not receive enough to get by on, let alone give up any "perks" if you call Social Security a "perk".  I have nothing to give up.  I wish I were in a better position but I am not.

  6. I like the quote from JFK, but you should be asking youself this question, not others!

  7. Solar Power Socialism would do it right away. Illegal immigration racism dropped real enemy which is Greed seen.

  8. I am joining the Maarine Corps next year because I love my country.

  9. I am not willing too change anything because America is the best country in the world the way that it is.  We have more freedom of choice than any country in the world and I believe that our going too Iran was exactly the right thing too do under the circumstances at the time.  I think that President Bush did a fine job with our economy and the war in Iran.  The only thing that I would change is all of the deaths of the brave young men who died so that we could be free.  I really don't know anything about you but you sound like an Obama supporter.  If I am correct I would suggest that you visit his churches web site at Trinity Christian Church.com too become informed about his lies and raceism.  His church does not accept Whites or Hispanics and favors Africa over America.  This means that his campaign statements about being for all of the races is simply retoric too facilitate his election.  I am voting for McCain as he is the only one who I share views for our country with.  I would not vote for Hillery because I would not want someone who is so weak that she did absolutely nothing when her husband cheated on her with Monica Lewenski.  Besid that she has proposed over 200 billion in new taxes which I believe would bankrupt our nation.

  10. How?

    With all the loose change?

Without the gold coins from "A pot of golds glittering at the end of the rainbow"?

Want something that can fit in the wallet.

Not bulky in loose change in the pockets.

Surely not "king of the jjew" with crown of thorns and two empty hands with two balls.

Something that say "In God we trust"

    Luke 8.10,17

    What do you think?

  11. I pay my taxes, recycle and don't break the law

what else do I need to give??

  12. not really, and i dont think most americans are

  13. We arr not all are capable doing that?
