  1. Nope, and uhhhh, nope.

  2. Pros:

Humans aren't made to consume mass amounts of meat.

Vegetarians don't have to worry about E. Coli outbreaks in beef.

Vegetarians don't consume all the hormones they pump into your farm animals. Unless they drink milk.

Vegetarians make a conscious decision to choose healthy fresh food.

A diet full of plant-based protein, veggies, fruits, and grains is super good for you.

Most humans on the planet can't even digest dairy, so become a vegan while you're at it!

Morning Star and Gardenburger make frozen pre-made vegetarian food that is honestly just as good if not better than meat.

    Cons:

Nothing, if you watch what you eat. Just have to get enough protein and vitamins.

  3. I'm a vegetarian but it doesn't necessarily mean that I'm unhealthy. Just like with a meat-eaters diet, whether or not you are healthy depends on the kind of food you eat. If a vegetarian was to live off McDonald's chips yes, they probably would be the most unhealthy person on the world just like if a meat-eater were to live of McDonald's burgers they would be extremly unhealthy.

  4. You can totally be an unhealthy veg*n (hello), but veg*nism isn't automatically unhealthy. If balanced properly, it can be as healthy or more than a meat-filled diet.

  5. I'm not a vegetarian but there will be weeks or even months where I don't eat meat. To answer your question, it's definitely not bad to be one, just research it first and know what you are getting into. I eat a high protein, moderate carb and low-fat diet. On the days I don't eat meat, I up my protein intake with tofu, protein shakes (soy and whey), eggs, milk, beans, legumes, eggplant and all kinds of nuts to insure that my body is getting enough protein.

  6. No, they just have to find other ways of getting protein besides eating meat, such as eating beans daily. I love vegetables, but when that's steaks calling, I'm coming for it.

  7. I am vegetarian and no its not bad for you, Actually its good, you can be more healthy and helps with animal cruelty.

  8. I am a vegetarian and no it is not bad to be one.

Pros- environmentally friendly, ethical towards animals, good for your health.

Cons-it may be more difficult to find protein but they do create suppliments that solve this problem.

  9. ya my parents were too its fine just make sure u eat right ^^ research maybe ^^ i'm reallie healthy too i do sports and everything mmm for me eating meat feels icky and after not eating meat it smells weird and strong umm XD hard to say i guess

  10. i dont think it is right to sacrifice an animal for your tastebuds, it makes no sense. some ppl say that we have the right to kill an animal b/c we are smarter than them, well does that make it okay to kill and eat the mentally challenged and babies? no, you dont see ppl going and eating thier pets, so why should any animal be an exception.

i truly dont believe there are any cons, ppl that get sick are often not aware about the protiens you need, and dont get enough of the right vegetarian foods. it doesnt mean that you cant get enough of the right vitamins being a vegetarian, it just means you have to try harder.

the pros are so many, look on youtube 30 reasons to become a vegetarian, i am for all of those reasons. that video really moved me, although i do not support peta because of all the adoptable animals they killed, they really do make some great points

  11. No, most vegitarians are really healthy. I was a vegitarian, and i was probably the most unhealthy vegitarian there was. I lost too much weight and was tired all the time. I didnt watch what i ate and ate too little. but if you do research you can do it right.

  12. no. they are not unhealthy either. you can get the protein from beans too...not just meat. although i think you may need some animal fat, im pretty sure there are other substitutions from it. the pro is you dont have to be grossed out at the thought of eating a dead animal, and the con is you need some nutrients from animals...plus they taste good..making a bigger variety of meals.

  13. Yes I'm a vegetarian and no I'm not the most unhealthy person in the world.
