yes im a child sorta im 15 but i would LOVE to go to the zoo i love seeing animals i dont get to see everyday!!!! so yes id say so as long as you keep control of them ...and you dont turn around and there in the monkey cage lol

YES!!! We took my niece to the zoo all i heard from her was panda bear and baby elephant sleeping. ( btw shes 2) but yes its a great place for children

Yes, they are great places for kids ...... it is very educational ...... and they can see many different animals native and exotic in person ........ = )

Great for kids and adults we have a zoo pretty close and my 18 month old son has been 5 times and it gets better for him every time.

Of course....I always loved going to the zoo when I was little, and I still like going to them!  Almost everyone likes some kind of animal, if not many animals, so the zoo is a perfect place to take a child.
