Acne scars refer to pockmarks some people have on their skin after going through a severe case of acne.  It would have to be really bad to result in scarring.  The acne that most teens go through doesn't leave any scars.

No, acne scars are those little holes you get in your face if you pop a pimple.

The body makes those spots go away on his own. He created them, he will make them disappear. I don't think the body produces scars on its own.

I had those on my face and they disappeared with time. Just don't touch them, keep a healthy diet and they will go away with time.
