nope. i work with us airways before and we always get this kind of question. the rates are all the same!!! though it would really help if your going to book 21-14 days in advance. and if you want you can check on online travel agencies and on the airline's website. just keep on checking and of course make sure that the ticket that you will be purchasing is not one of those non-refundable, non-changeable and non-endorseable tickets. coz these may be dirt cheap but, if you dont u use it, u lose it. here's the low down, the cheaper it is, the more restrictions it has.
