Are aliens real?? like do they hide them in area 51?

i am trying to prove to my friends that aliens are real and the government is hiding them in area 51. please i need a lot of answers.

SPACE aliens are obviously REAL.  Life evolves here on earth in horrible enviornmental conditions.  We just found water on Mars and hydrocarbons on Titan (a moon of Saturn long believed to be a place in our solar system likely to contain life).  There are an infinite number of planets and moons outside our own solar system, and probably most contain some form of life.  Surely many of these worlds have evolved higher intelligent forms of life.  And just as we are exploring space they must also be doing so.  I believe they have been here for thousands if not millions of years.  Our space program exists to insure we can get out there ousrselves without their help - possibly a test by them to see/make sure we are worthy of such exploration.  As for keeping aliens at Area 51 - how do we "keep" these beings anywhere unless they wish to stay there?  If they are there it is probably of their own chosing.  That is of course if our govt has not threatened to kill them if they try to escape which in todays world is a very real possibility.

lol you can never convince your friends but you can show them facts that are known today but what i can say is that there is a video of an alien autopsy being performed from the 50's and the video has yet to be dismissed as a hoax

okay. this is only my theory but- i think that aliens are real. they have had plenty of ufo sightings but they dont keep those in area 51. i beleive alians are real because..wel... without anything else out there, it would be an awful waste of space....

there is aliens but government hide them in secret places so no one finds out because we all will wtf and start creeping out so that why they don't tell there is real aliens with there ships hidden by the us government i think that my theory.
