  1. All the ones I have been to are, you can always check the website of the individual track, or just call the track directly.

  2. Yes, they are.  It's a law.  It might not be the easiest thing to do if in a wheelchair but they are.

Most have a specific area where you sit and I know at least at Sonoma - when I checked into it about 8 years ago not because I am in a wheelchair but because I have a Service Dog - you can only have one person sitting with you.

So you can't go with a group of friends and all sit together.  I would think that would be the case at most tracks because the area wouldn't be unlimited and they have to make it available for all so your 10 friends couldn't fill up the available seats.

But you can check each tracks website and there should be a section regarding this, including parking and everything.  If that doesn't answer your questions, you can call during business hours to get the specific information you need.

  3. most are for physical handicaps, but for people emotionally handicapped enough to answer "who cares?" when asked about a driver's untimely death, i don't think so...

  4. are you high?

  5. They better be !!

  6. Yes but you sound like your disability lies beyond a simple handicap
