Are all Royal Letters from Elizabeth II today have the Royal Coat of Arms with the palace she is in below it?

I noticed on the letters of Queen Elizabeth II there is either usually Buckingham Palace, but also Windsor Castle or Balmoral Castle.

Is this custom to always put the castle the Queen is in on the top of letters from her or her ladies-in-waiting?

  1. Yes, it is..just like any other political figure...you receive a letter from the President..you will have a return address of the White House..

This has been tradition since they started writing letters to their "subjects" as they are known....
