Are all UP students entitled to join protest rallies?

as an iskolar ng bayan, the students of UP should not be indifferent with the current political issues. the number of UP students who are concerned and are boldly joining rallies are declining. while more students from others schools are starting to go out into the streets, UP students are dread coming out of the streets... What has become of them?

Well im Filipino, so i know UP students. well it depends on the person, if he or she wants join rallies then its his or her rights as a filipino citizen. thats why we have a democratic country but republican way. the problem with rallies is that they cause a lot of traffics. in Espana for example going to Mendiola, we only have 3 way lane road both sides and rallyist occupies every lane so thats why drivers get frustrated sometimes. but anyways, it depends on UP students if they want to join or not.
