  1. No.  The amount of aluminum recycled is not enough to keep up with the demand for foil/cans.  

      Recycling cans saves three times the amount of energy that it takes to make aluminum from melting ore.


  2. No. Even those that are, are not entirely of recycled aluminum.

  3. no as another poster stated those that are may only contain 80 to 85 percent recycled product
