Are all bar soaps still made with animal fat?

Birch Bark soap should have no animal fat it in. And, I was actually able to find a website that sells it: http://www.birchbarksoap.com/

By the way, pine tar, sometimes listed creosote though that is usually coal tar, can have a very strong scent that some people do not find pleasant. Ivory smells nice though.
