Are all bars & restaurants open on December 25th in Corralejo? which is best for Xmas dinner.?

Spending christmas in Corralejo, Fuerteventura and need to know if i need to book christmas dinner ahead of time, and if there is anywhere open??? If there is any opinions on good places to eat?

If you find anywhere book it quickly, the locals are Catholics, and I can't see them opening.  Best pack a Bernard Matthew's to be sure. It is however a lovely place, take a fishing rod and catch your dinner from the harbour, there are some lovely Mullet.
