Are all caucasians German People?

If the Anglo-Saxons are descendants of Germnaic tribes does that mena all caucasian have German origins.

    The racial classification "Caucasian" was one originally devised in the 1800's by practitioners of the pseudoscience of craniology.  It was named after Caucasia, which is a mountainous area located between the continents of Europe and Asia.

    Even the Germanic concept of the Aryan race was more myth than science.  There is no known Motherland (or Fatherland) for the group of people who inhabit the Earth and have light skin color.

    Some lingual evidence suggests that there once existed a culture now called Proto-Indoeuropean, which may have had some connection with those you might call Caucasians.
