Are all credit card companies raising rates?

I have 4 credit cards and all of them have recently increased interest rates. Discover went up drastically and a Aerican Express went from 11% to 28%. I guess its cash only from now on!!!!!!

No, they do it on a case-by-case basis. It is something that has happened with your credit.

Sounds like there was something in your credit report that caused the increase.  It doesn't have to be a problem with that particular account.

Cash only is a good policy.
