It is very stressful when I talk with my manager, I have to respect him, but I feel like I want to swear to him. Do you think I should change the job, or even I change my job the new manager will be the same?

  1. In your case, all managers will be mean.  Do the math... it isn't them, it's you.

  2. No. not all managers are mean. It just so happens to be that way for you.

Oh well. and you shouldn't change the job if it's something you really want and have worked hard towards it.

If it's not really a career job, then sure change your job.

  3. If you are working under himhim you will have to speak to your manager, however when you are not wrong you should give him good which he deserves.I too face the same problem i am too good with my manager but the time i get a chance when he is wrong i report it to the management tthat'sthe time that he has to say sorry.and ddintever change your job as you might never know how will that manager behave and also remember about job stability as this might spoil your profile when you write about your experience in your resume. So never do that mistake of changing your job.
