Are all movies that weren't on Blu-ray but on HD DVD going to come on Blu-ray after it won the HD battle?

All i need to know is if i will be able to eventually get the Bourne movies on Blu-ray.

All the major studios who released movies on HD-DVD will eventually be re-releasing them on Blu-ray.  Universal Studios who distributes the Bourne series of movies said that they will be moving to Blu-ray but did not specify a time frame.

So you will eventually be able to get all the HD-DVD movies on Blu-ray.  If they're smart, they'll do it soon since many people are wondering the same thing.

I don't think they have much of a choice...it's the only available HD format.

The only thing they are trying to do at this point is determine a suitable schedule. Studios realize that they get more sales when the movie is first released so they have to stage the releases so they don't all come out at the same time. remember there are still new releases to deal with. so you will see them all released eventually. The movies that will probably be released first on Blu-Ray are the hottest ones unless they can tie in a promotional event. For example they might wait on Bourne if they know a new Bourne film is being released in a year so they can cross promote the releases.
