Well we all know what i mean, wheather its the muscular man or the slim feminene female we all have the image of perfect beings implanted in our brains by misleading media and celebrity culture.

However i was recently pondering whether all humans are capable of reaching this perfect figure, or are we limited by our bodys. I personally have quite a thin figure and i wonder iff for some reason i did have the will to work out a ludicros amount every day, could i look like brad pit?, or is his image along with women such as angelina jolie and britnet paritally just what they are born with?

  1. First, there's no ONE "perfect" figure. Second, what one person finds attractive is not what another person does.

But, yes, to get to your question we have the body we have. We don't all have the same body.

You'll only be so tall -- nothing you can do about it. Similarly, if you have a narrow frame, that's what you have. If you have a stocky build, you can get only so thin.

A given woman's pelvis is as wide or narrow as it is. There's nothing she can do about it.

  2. In part it's genetic, plus some plastic surgery thrown into the mix, add some botox, plus photo touch-ups, hair extensions, the best make-up artsists in the world, etc. etc. A ton of money goes into what we see on this side of the camera or photo.

  3. there is no such thing as the perfect body, but every society has type of ideal body type and because we all come in such different shapes and sizes it is impossible for everyone to achieve that ideal type.

  4. I think a lot of it is genetics.

  5. I believe the question is not so much  if you can, but "What are you willing to do to get..."

Now past a certain age or checkpoint its impossible with modern technology. but if you start soon enough, you can change anyone into that perfect model. The only problem is that what you might have to do is not always morally or ethically proper.

Anyone can have plastic surgery, anyone can excersize.

It might not be a true ideal body, but it will at least appear to be.

[by true I mean of course natural.]

  6. some people are capable and some aren't

  7. Each person has their own specialness but not everyone is built alike.  That is what makes living interesting - the diversity.  There are certainly those that have the genetics and have the discipline to eat right, exercise, and take good care of themselves.  And they are the ones that can look like the TV and Movie folks that we see as "what we should be".  The rest of us just need to be the best that we can be.  We all should eat right, exercise, and take care of ourselves but we are human.  But some of us are short, tall, fat, too thin, big hips, etc..... that does not mean that we can not all be our own "perfect"

  8. no.  You can exercise and lead a healthy lifestyle, but body build is partially inherited.  Fitness is important, but it should never become an obsession.

  9. no, thats ginetic so people are genatically perfect some fat some skiny

  10. No, because some people will have to be really unhealthy (i.e. anorexic or working out until they faint) in order to attempt to look like that, while it comes easy and naturally to others. For women, it's always possible to be thinner, but a lot of women lose fat in important places (i.e. hands and cheeks) and look much older when they get thin, and for guys, it's possible that you can just damage your muscles without gaining that much.

  11. No. There is no such thing as "perfect".

  12. Yes in a heart beat I could gain so much muscle. All I have to do is work out and stay active!

  13. Well, for one thing some people have diseases that make them gain weight, or need to take medicine that causes weight gain.

I suppose beyond that it's possible with the help of plastic surgery.  I mean, part of the "perfect figure" for women is big b***s, and not a lot of people are skinny and have naturally big b***s.
