Are all rides open during The Halloween Haunt at Canada's Wonderland?

This october im thinking of going to Canada's Wonderland to go to the haunted house, and i was wondering, are all the rides still open?

As long as the rides are operating properly and the weather permits their safe operation, yes, they will be open.  Here is a video showing some of the rides operating during last year's HH.  At the end of the video, the crawl along the bottom confirms that all thrill rides are open.
