  1. No.

  2. Nope...........

  3. Nope.

  4. No.  Even in California, some Highway Patrol cars are black and white and others are a solid white.  I saw one that was a solid metallic blue.  In Nevada, they are a kind of metallic slate blue.  I've seen them in some states where the standard color was solid white.  Years ago, in Texas, they were blue and white.

  5. No. Alabama is dark blue on gray.

  6. No, they can be almost any color. California uses black and whites and pure white, They use Sedans, Mustangs, Camaros, etc.

Arizona uses white cars. Utah has metallic green, I have seen blue ones in Colorado.

I think red yellow and orange are not used because that is reserved for fire vehicles.

  7. NOPE,

    California has several,

most states have varied colors too just to keep you alert.

  8. No and they are not always cars also.

  9. No, many use a "State Color".

Then there are those unmarked cars. Complete with the high performance decals. Can't remember which state it was for sure, but they had a Firebird, no markings except those that came on the high performance full dress versions.

Not all states even use cars for patrol, Calif used pickups for years. In Connecticut it is reported that a 18 wheeler has been used for traffic enforcement.

So you had better find a better way to spot the bears then car color.
