Are all sun conures pigs?

I have a owned a female sun conure. She's 14 years old but she likes to eat alot . Is that common in all sun conures

Both of mine are pigs too. I have a sun and a sunday. Not only do they eat like hogs...but they have food chucking contests while i'm at work. They also dunk EVERYTHING in their water dishes. They are messy little birds. And actually- I have 5 different species of birds...they all eat an amazing amount of food. We go through about 25lbs of parrotlet food every 2 weeks- I think parrotlets are bottomless pits. Whoever made up the phrase "eats like a bird" apparently never owned one!

i have a 2 peach fronted conure's and there both little piggy's also it just depends one the conures appatite.

I have a 21 year old Jenday, and he's a pig too.  How can one little bird go through so much food???

my mother raised doberman's and conures.  i would rather buy food for the dobermans if that answers your questions lol

Yes, and they are quite messy toooo.  Messy lil piggy birds.  I have an African gray and a Blue Fronted Amazon.  The Blue doesn't make soooo much of a mess, but the African gray, oh boy, is he messy.  I think they eat half and then throw half around.  And they are much worse with people food.  OMG!  I usually let my 2 dogs into their room to eat some of their food mess off the floor before I start to clean it up.  Hee-hee...
