Are the swimming pools and the diving pools all kept at the same temperature?

US Swimming rules state water temperature should be 78 - 80 degrees F for competition. FINA (international ruling body) says it should be 25 - 28 degrees C. That temperature would be cold for a shower or bath, but warmer than most municipal water supplies.
