Are all the prices the same at every walmart?

and does every safeway or other big chain stores all have the same prices, are some stores higher priced depending on where you live? example,say gallon of milk cost 2.50 in az. at walmart would it be same price at a walmart in ca.?

I've been told by the store manager that all the prices are the same throughout the country.  However, I've seen otherwise.

No they aren't .. Unless it is a sale item, I have seen different prices on a couple of things in different wal-mart in different parts of town. Different stores have different tax bases and delivery charges and even different wages.
