  2. No, and the Constitution is very clear on that! You also have a state Constitution!

    Amendment IX

    The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

    The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

    Pf Course Bush and the Republicans tried to eliminate these under the Military Commissions Act of 2006!

  3. No ALL the rights aren't. They would be far too numerous to list them ALL. Even in the Amendments, since someone tried to claim they are because the Amendments are part of the Constitution. The 10th Amendment says that the rights are reserved to the people, BUT doesn't make an individually list them.  

  4. I think, yes. The Constitution is very open to interpretation, so if you want to validate your rights, you have to find it in the constitution. And, by the way, amendments are part of the constitution.
