Are all these dumb questions from drivers in my city of Charlotte?

Driving around here, one would certainly think so. Then we complain about high insurance premiums. Now we know why!!

Oh now thats funny!! There are a lot of crazy drivers in Charlotte. My fiance travels to Charlotte all the time on business and he is always complaining about the drivers there. Unfortunately there are crazy drivers every where though.

Probably not. Driving problems come from all across the country, not just the City of Charlotte.
