Are ambitious, driven people born or made?

Both.  There are those who get the genetic predisposition to be driven and ambitious from a parent, and then sometime in life the trait takes over, usually in a person's personality.  Some people are not born with that trait, and through socialization and environmental factors, become ambitious and driven to achieve a certain goal(s).

I think either or both someone can be more ambitious based on that their parents were and they were surrounded in that way of thinking.

Or I can see someone coming from parents who were very unambitious and because of that they learn early on that they dont want that same kind of life and strive for better things.

an abitious person could be born, made or both.
