Are americans kind and friendly?

Are Americana's really kind because in New Zealand people are so kind

Americans are not nearly so kind and friendly as Mexicans and Africans.  Africans and Mexicans will *literally* invite you into their homes, feed you, clothe you, and house you.  This is not exaggeration.  This actually happens.  I'm here to tell you it's true, because it happened to me, several times.

Lol, Americans are quite different to Kiwis but they should be quite nice. Although those in the city are usually quite distant (probably because they're really stressed). Lol.

It depends, like everything else! But in general the way of living of the big cities repulses me, but then again, it isn't only in the USA, it's spreading all over the world. There is a McDonald's in every London street corner now. It's really sad though, the USA used to be a magnificent country back in the days...

it depends where u are in the US. most california are OK but i hear new yorkers are very friendly (new york city) and what about that southern hospitality i hear about.
