Should i wear ankles weights for track training?

  1. NO dont use weights! If you want to get better practice more, honestly thats the best thing to do. Run up and down hills, do front back go's and two milers on your own. oh and if your on a track try this... jog a lap, sprint the next, jog a lap and sprint the next, and so on.


  2. good and bad if u can find a comfortable pair then use them but only wear them during a normal day to build muscle if u run with them they will throw off ur balance

  3. Bad. They will hurt your shins and knees later on. Basically any weights on you wont help.

  5. i wouldn't recommended them, they might make you feel stronger, but they'll ruin you during the season you'll probably get injured or worse.

    If i were you i would get the lightest shoe possible, its better to keep light on your feet
