I want to fly from San Francisco to Manchester around Thanksgiving for a 14 day visit.

There's really no way of knowing but usually prices will start to go down after September 30 when the summer high season starts going down

But for cheap fares I would check with

Aer Lingus which flies to Manchester Via Dublin and tend to have lower fares than other airlines
